Transactions Counsel (Real Estate)
What You'll Do
- Support real estate acquisitions, disposals, mergers, and integration work
- Advise on new fund structures and investment vehicles across APAC
- Manage external counsel and collaborate with global legal teams
- Draft and negotiate a wide range of agreements (JV, asset management, distribution, etc.)
- Provide legal risk assessment to senior management and investment teams
- Develop templates, guidelines, and legal processes
- Participate in investment committee discussions and provide legal updates
What We're Looking For
- Qualified solicitor with real estate or financial services legal experience
- Strong background in real estate transactions, due diligence, and fund structures
- Experience working with complex joint ventures and cross‑border matters
- Strong communication, commercial judgment, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work across multiple jurisdictions and manage competing priorities
