Location: Mountain West-based (Utah); some in‑office presence requiredCompensation: $85,000-$110,000 base salary
Overview
This role supports a growing organization by contributing to the development, review, and refinement of external‑facing marketing and communications materials. The position works closely with internal teams to ensure content is clear, consistent, and aligned with established internal practices. The ideal candidate is highly detail‑oriented, comfortable operating in a structured environment, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Support the creation and review of published materials for SEC and FINRA compliance standards
- Ensure content aligns with internal standards
- Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to refine messaging and presentation
- Provide feedback to improve clarity, accuracy, and consistency
- Manage multiple initiatives concurrently while meeting deadlines and workflow expectations.
Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related function
- Experience reviewing or managing external‑facing materials
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively with multiple internal stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree required; experience in process‑driven or structured environments preferred.
