Senior Legal counsel
Larson Maddox is partnered with a globally recognized engineering, construction, and project delivery organization known for executing some of the world's most complex and impactful capital projects.
This role offers direct involvement in the development and execution of multi-billion-dollar data center, EV/battery, semiconductor, and industrial projects, partnering closely with project leadership from contract award through project completion.
This is an ideal opportunity for an attorney who enjoys being embedded with the business, influencing project strategy, and serving as a trusted advisor on high-value EPC and construction matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate and advise on EPC, engineering, procurement, construction, and other complex commercial agreements
- Support projects through development and execution, including change orders, claims, and contract interpretation
- Partner closely with business development, procurement, engineering, and project management teams
- Advise on contractor-side risk and project delivery matters across high-profile capital projects
Qualifications:
- J.D. and active bar membership
- 8+ years of legal experience
- Strong background in EPC, construction, manufacturing, infrastructure, or other project-based environments
- Experience negotiating complex commercial agreements and supporting project execution
- Claims, project management, dispute resolution, and contractor risk management experience is a plus
