A boutique law firm is seeking a Securities Litigator in California with at least two years of experience. This opportunity is available in Los Angeles, San Diego, or San Francisco and offers a fully remote work arrangement.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- 2+ years of securities litigation experience in a law firm environment
- Active membership in the California State Bar
- Hands-on experience litigating and writing legal documents
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical abilities
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and client service skills
Compensation & Benefits
The firm offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
- $220k+ base salary
- Bonus structure
- Fully remote (must be located in Southern CA)
- 1700 hour annual billable
