A leading national litigation practice is seeking an Attorney with 2+ years of litigation experience to join a high‑performing team handling complex, high‑value, and high‑profile disputes across the United States. This group represents a diverse range of corporate and commercial clients in sophisticated civil litigation matters.
The practice covers a broad range of litigation areas, including:
- Commercial and business disputes
- Contract litigation
- Professional liability
- Employment-related litigation
- Complex torts and general civil litigation
This role offers exceptional exposure to advanced litigation issues and the opportunity to work on impactful cases that influence major commercial and legal outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze case facts, legal issues, and develop well‑supported strategies and recommendations.
- Conduct legal research using Westlaw/Lexis/Nexis.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other litigation documents.
- Review and analyze case materials in preparation for depositions, discovery, hearings, and trial.
- Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and other proceedings as needed.
Qualifications
- Admission to practice in your state of residence.
- At least 2 years of litigation experience; strong general litigators will be fully considered.
- Strong academic credentials; Law Review or Honors preferred.
- Exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
