Remote Employment Counsel
My client, a nationally recognized leader in employment and labor law, is looking for an experienced Employment Counsel to join their team. This is a remote, full-time opportunity focused exclusively on Employment Practices Liability Insurance (EPLI) litigation.
Who You Are:
- A licensed attorney with 8+ years of employment litigation experience
- Skilled in written and oral advocacy
- Licensed to practice law in your state of residence

What You'll Do:
- Manage EPLI cases from intake to resolution
- Advise clients on risk and compliance
- Draft pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements
- Represent clients in mediations and proceedings
Compensation:
- Salary range: $150,000 - $240,000 (based on location, experience, and qualifications)
- Bonus eligible
