We are seeking a talented Real Estate Finance Attorney with 3-7 years of experience to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience representing lenders and/or borrowers in complex real estate finance transactions, including acquisition, development, and construction financing.
Real Estate Finance Attorney Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate loan documents, security instruments, and related agreements for real estate finance transactions.
- Advise clients on structuring and closing commercial real estate loans, including mortgage and mezzanine financing.
- Manage transactions from inception to closing, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to resolve issues and deliver exceptional client service.
- Stay current on industry trends and regulatory developments impacting real estate finance.
Real Estate Finance Attorney Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the state bar.
- 3-7 years of experience in real estate finance law at a reputable law firm.
- Strong understanding of commercial real estate lending, including construction and acquisition financing.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Real Estate Finance Attorney Preferred Experience
- Exposure to syndicated loans, CMBS, or structured finance is a plus.
- Experience representing institutional lenders, private equity firms, or developers.
