A leading law firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate with 1-6 years of experience to join its growing California-based real estate practice. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a broad range of commercial real estate matters alongside a collaborative team advising sophisticated clients across various industries.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate real estate transaction documents.
- Assist with acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing matters.
- Conduct due diligence and assist with closing transactions.
- Work on real estate development projects and related agreements.
- Support clients on general commercial real estate and transactional matters.
- Collaborate directly with partners and clients on day-to-day deal execution.
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Active California Bar admission or ability to become admitted in California.
- 1-6 years of real estate transactional experience at a law firm.
- Experience with commercial real estate transactions preferred.
- Strong drafting, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and client-facing skills.
Compensation
- $205,000 - $330,000 base salary
- Compensation may vary based on experience and qualifications.
