Paralegal - Contracts (Healthcare)
Role Overview:
Partnered with a healthcare system out of Tampa, FL who is seeking an experienced Paralegal to manage the full contract lifecycle in a healthcare setting. Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and redlining agreements, administering Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and manage contracts (provider/payor agreements, BAAs, MSAs, vendor agreements).
- Oversee end-to-end contract lifecycle: intake, approvals, execution, repository, and obligation tracking.
- Administer CLM platform and maintain templates and workflows.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA/HITECH, Stark/Anti-Kickback, and data privacy/security requirements.
- Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Procurement, IT, and Finance teams.
Qualifications:
- 7-10 years paralegal experience; healthcare strongly preferred.
- Expertise in contract drafting and negotiation support.
- Proficiency with CLM tools and e-signature platforms.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and privacy laws.
- Paralegal Certificate preferred
