Paralegal
A large multi-site consumer services company is seeking an experienced Paralegal to support its Legal Department. This role works closely with attorneys and business partners on a variety of matters, including commercial contracts, litigation management, regulatory compliance, licensing and permits, operational issues, and legal operations.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and manage routine commercial agreements.
- Support litigation, investigations, subpoenas, and outside counsel management.
- Coordinate licensing, permitting, and regulatory compliance activities.
- Prepare legal correspondence and maintain legal records and reporting.
- Manage legal invoices, budgets, and departmental administration.
- Assist with process improvements and special projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, Paralegal Certificate, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of paralegal experience in a corporate legal department and/or law firm.
- Experience with contracts, litigation support, compliance, and legal operations.
- Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal management systems.
