About the Role
The Paralegal will support the legal and corporate administration functions of a diversified real estate investment, development, and management platform. Working closely with in-house counsel and senior executives, this role will provide support across corporate governance, entity management, real estate documentation, board administration, and legal operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented legal professional who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and managing a wide range of responsibilities across multiple affiliated entities.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and maintain a variety of legal documents, including corporate governance materials, entity formation filings, and real estate-related documentation
- Prepare and file corporate documents with Secretaries of State and other governmental agencies
- Organize and maintain corporate records, legal files, and electronic documentation across multiple entities
- Draft correspondence and support documentation for foundation and corporate initiatives
- Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate required
- 3+ years of paralegal experience within a corporate legal department, law firm, real estate company, or related organization
- Experience supporting corporate governance, entity management, and legal document administration
