What You'll Bring:
- Transportation litigation expertise, including defense of motor carriers, logistics providers, and insurers in personal injury, cargo claims, and regulatory matters.
- Solid experience in commercial litigation, such as breach of contract, business torts, and shareholder disputes.
- Confidence in trial preparation and courtroom advocacy, including depositions, motion practice, and mediations/arbitrations.
- Familiarity with e-discovery platforms and managing complex document productions.
- Outstanding legal writing, research, and negotiation skills.
- A detail-oriented mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust with clients and collaborate with colleagues.
- Excellent academic credentials and a commitment to continuous learning.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary range: $165,000 - $185,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
