Labor, Employment, and Workplace Safety Attorney
We are partnered with a reputable national client seeking a mid-level attorney to join their Labor, Employment, and Workplace Saftey (LEWS) practice in Los Angeles, California, Raleigh, North Carolina or Seattle, Washington. The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of experience.
Responsibilities
- Handle employment litigation, including class actions, PAGA, and single-plaintiff cases.
- Advise employers on compliance with wage & hour, discrimination, leave, and other employment laws.
- Conduct internal investigations and provide strategic counseling to clients.
- Draft and review employment-related documents, including: Offer letters, employment agreements, restrictive covenant agreements, employment policies, separation agreements
- Support employment aspects of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions.
Qualifications
- 3-7 years of experience in labor and employment law.
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice in resiidn state (North Caolina, California, or Washington)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Experience with employment litigation, counseling, and transactional support.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $200,000 - $365,000, commensurate with experience, qualifications, and residing state.
