What You'll Tackle:
- Lead the charge on administrative agency defense and attorney demand letters
- Draft persuasive position statements
- Respond to agency requests for information
- Represent clients in remote mediations and negotiations
- Collaborate with a brilliant, supportive team of legal pros
What You Bring:
- 6+ years of employment law experience (management-side)- Must have 6+ years of experience drafting position statements and working on administrative agency charges, defense side
- Proven skill in agency charge work, mediations, and persuasive writing
- Active bar license in California or Connecticut (required)
- Licensed in your state of residence
