What You'll Do
- Represent clients in complex employment litigation cases (wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, wage disputes).
- Manage all phases of litigation: case evaluation, discovery, motions, trial prep, and post-trial matters.
- Collaborate with clients to craft tailored litigation strategies and advise on compliance and risk mitigation.
- Stay ahead of labor and employment law developments to ensure client strategies remain compliant.
What We're Looking For
- 5-10+ years of litigation experience (Labor & Employment focus preferred).
- Ability to manage complex cases independently, including courtroom and arbitration.
- Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
- Proven client management and strategic thinking abilities.
