The Opportunity
The funds team is seeking a talented Associate (2-6 PQE) to join their growing practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious lawyer looking to work closely with market‑leading partners on complex Private Funds and Fund Formation matters across a diverse range of strategies.

About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- 2-6 years' PQE within investment funds, private funds, asset management, or related transactional work.
- Experience in fund formation or alternative investment structures (open‑ or closed‑ended).
- Strong technical skills, commercial awareness, and an interest in working closely with clients.
- A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for contributing to a growing Dublin practice.
Candidates currently based in Ireland or abroad (including London associates considering a move home or to Dublin) are encouraged to apply.
