Our client handles a wide range of cases, from small files to major class actions. The team is highly skilled and has a strong record of success in court. They prioritize risk management to help clients avoid liabilities and protect their reputations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation (including professional liability). You will be responsible for providing expert guidance in claims, coverage analysis, and risk management for various specialty and professional lines of insurance.
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in court or before government agencies, focusing on insurance defense and coverage disputes.
- Prepare and draft legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case preparation.
- Advise clients on legal matters and provide strategic guidance.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and other team members on complex cases.
- Maintain client relationships and ensure effective communication.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
- 3-5 years of experience in litigation, preferably in insurance defense or coverage analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
