Enterprise Compliance Manager
Our client is a rapidly growing healthcare organization dedicated to delivering culturally aligned, community-focused care. This role is ideal for a compliance professional passionate about regulatory excellence and operational integrity. As the Manager of Enterprise Compliance, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the organization adheres to federal and state regulations while fostering a culture of ethics and accountability. This role reports directly into the General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of compliance programs, including regulatory reporting, audits, and internal investigations.
- Work with regulatory agencies, preparing official responses and managing audit processes.
- Oversee HIPAA privacy compliance, including incident response and breach notification protocols.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced knowledge of Medicare Advantage and HIPAA regulations.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Medicare compliance or auditing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong familiarity with CMS and state regulatory bodies, including audit and reporting standards.
- Experience managing internal audits, investigations, and enterprise-wide compliance initiatives.
