What We're Looking For:
We're hiring Counsel or Special Counsel with 7+ years of employment law experience to manage a varied caseload that includes administrative charges, demand letters, and single-plaintiff litigation. You'll also have opportunities to mentor junior attorneys, craft litigation strategies, and represent clients in hearings and trials - all from wherever you work best.

What You Bring:
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school
- 7+ years of employment litigation experience
- Active Bar license in your state
- Ability to thrive in a remote environment
- Bonus: EPLI experience or prior law firm background
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $200,000-$250,000, based on experience and billable target
