Corporate Paralegal Key Responsibilities
- Support entity formation, maintenance, and governance activities across multiple legal entities
- Maintain corporate records, resolutions, organizational documents, and governance materials
- Assist with document drafting, review, editing, organization, and execution processes
- Coordinate corporate filings and legal documentation requirements
- Support attorneys on fund and management company matters
- Partner with internal stakeholders on legal and operational initiatives
- Manage legal documentation and records with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Corproate Paralegal Qualifications
- 6-8 years of paralegal experience, preferably within corporate, investment management, private funds, or financial services environments
- Experience supporting entity management and corporate governance matters
- Strong document management, drafting, editing, and organizational skills
- Prior in-house experience is a plus
- Stable employment history with demonstrated career progression
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
