A highly regarded law firm in Atlanta is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate with 2-years of litigation experience to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on sophisticated business disputes and high-stakes litigation matters while gaining significant responsibility, client exposure, and hands-on courtroom experience in a collaborative environment.
What You'll Do:
- Handle all phases of complex commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution.
- Draft and argue motions, conduct legal research, and manage all aspects of discovery.
- Take and defend depositions and participate in hearings, mediations, and trial preparation.
- Work on a variety of business disputes, including contract, business tort, shareholder, and other complex commercial matters.
- Collaborate closely with experienced partners on litigation strategy, client counseling, and case management.
Who We're Looking For:
- 2-8 years of commercial litigation or general litigation experience.
- Experience handling sophisticated business disputes preferred, though candidates from other litigation backgrounds will be considered.
- Strong legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.
- Licensed in Georgia or eligible for admission.
