Chief Compliance Officer
We are partnered with a rapidly growing virtual care/telehealth organization dedicated to improving access to high-quality healthcare for an underrepresented patient population. This remote-first company offers a unique opportunity to join an innovative team and help shape a compliance program that enables growth while upholding the highest standards of patient safety, data privacy, and regulatory integrity.
Our client is looking to add a Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) with extensive experience in healthcare compliance and regulatory affairs. This role will report directly to the executive leadership team and oversee the company's compliance functions. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting telehealth operations, multi-state provider groups, and virtual care platforms, as well as expertise in privacy compliance, credentialing, and regulatory risk management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of company's enterprise compliance program.
- Build and maintain telehealth compliance and quality programs.
- Oversee multi-state telehealth compliance, provider licensure, prescribing regulations, and payor compliance policies.
- Direct compliance audits and manage responses to regulatory agencies, payors, and enterprise clients.
Qualifications
- 12+ years of compliance experience within healthcare organizations; experience in telehealth strongly preferred.
- 5+ years in senior leadership roles (VP or Head of Compliance) within high-growth healthcare environments.
- Deep expertise in U.S. healthcare regulations.
- Proven ability to build and scale compliance programs.
- JD Required; CHC, CHPC, or similar certifications a plus.
