My client, an AmLaw Ranked 100 Firm, is looking to bring on a Remote Special Counsel to lead and collaborate on high-impact labor and employment matters. If you're California-barred and have 5-15+ years of experience, this could be the opportunity that redefines your career.
What You'll Do:
- Handle administrative charges, demand letters, and single-plaintiff litigation
- Develop case strategies, conduct depositions, and represent clients at hearings and trials
- Supervise and mentor attorneys while collaborating with a dynamic team
- Occasionally engage in class actions, PAGA cases, and other labor/employment matters
- Work with clients including those covered by EPLI

- 7+ years of employment law and litigation experience
- Active California bar membership
