We're Hiring: Associate Attorney - Labor & Employment
We're working with a leading national management-side labor and employment practice to identify a talented Associate Attorney to join its growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven attorney who is passionate about advising employers on complex workplace matters and defending companies in high-stakes litigation.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent employers in a broad range of labor and employment matters, including litigation in state and federal courts
- Handle administrative proceedings before agencies such as the EEOC and equivalent state entities
- Draft motions, pleadings, and legal memoranda
- Conduct legal research and assist with case strategy development
- Support clients with day-to-day counseling on employment issues, including compliance, workplace policies, and risk management
- Participate in client meetings, depositions, and hearings
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar admission
- 4+ years of labor and employment experience (litigation experience strongly preferred)
- Strong legal writing, analytical, and research skills
- Experience managing multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and a client-focused mindset
