The ideal candidate will have experience handling employment litigation matters, including wage and hour disputes, discrimination claims, and workplace investigations. Key Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of litigation experience, preferably in Labor & Employment matters
- Excellent legal research and writing skills
- Ability to manage cases independently and work effectively within a team
- Admission to the bar in the jurisdiction of practice
