Antitrust Counsel - Global Investment Firm
A leading Global Investment Firm is seeking an Antitrust Counsel to join its prestigious legal team. The Antitrust Counsel will provide support across industries on regulatory filings made in connection with the Firm's investment activities and ensure compliance with antitrust laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Firm's compliance with the Hart-Scott-Rodino Act (HSR) and other related antitrust laws across the Firm's various transactions.
- Lead regulatory filings and oversee investigations related to HSR and other antitrust legal matters.
- Oversee outside counsel and assist cross functional teams on transactional regulatory processes; ensure implementation of new antitrust regulatory requirements.
Required Skills:
- J.D., Bar membership and 5+ years of expertise in HSR and other antitrust-related filings whether in-house or at a nationally recognized law firm.
- Experience managing complex regulatory filings; one year of experience with foreign investments preferred.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with executive presence and work collaboratively in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple demands and projects simultaneously.
