A highly regarded, nationally established wealth platform is seeking a Wealth Management Advisor to join its expanding team across key markets in the U.S. This platform is known for its strong planning orientation, collaborative environment, and ability to provide advisors with a meaningful starting point to build and scale a long-term practice. The Wealth Management Advisor will step into an existing book of affluent clients and will be responsible for delivering comprehensive financial guidance, deepening relationships, and growing their practice within a supported, high-quality platform.
The Wealth Management Advisor will be responsible for:
- Managing and developing relationships with an existing portfolio of HNW/UHNW clients
- Delivering tailored financial planning and investment strategies aligned to client goals
- Actively engaging and reactivating relationships within the book to drive growth
- Collaborating with internal specialists to provide holistic wealth solutions across planning, investments, and more complex needs
- Building a disciplined, process-driven practice with a focus on long-term client retention and expansion
The Wealth Management Advisor should have the following qualifications:
- 4-7+ years of experience in wealth management or financial advisory
- FINRA licenses (Series 7 and 63; 65 or 66 required or obtainable upon hire)
- Demonstrated experience managing a book of business and maintaining client relationships
- Strong financial planning and investment knowledge, with a consultative approach
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients and navigate complex conversations
- Planning designation (CFP) or progress toward certification is a plus
