Structured Finance Mid Level
Our client is seeking a 3-6 year Associate Attorney to join its Asset Securitization and Structured Finance practice. This opportunity is open to attorneys interested in working on sophisticated financing transactions involving a broad range of asset classes while gaining significant responsibility, client exposure, and hands-on deal experience.
The ideal candidate will have experience in transactional, finance, banking, capital markets, or structured finance matters and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where collaboration, technical excellence, and client service are highly valued.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on structured finance and asset securitization transactions
- Represent companies and financial institutions in financing activities
- Assist with acquisitions and sales of portfolios of financial assets
- Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents, offering documents, and financing statements
- Counsel clients on commercial and securities law issues related to finance transactions
- Represent parties in secured and unsecured credit facilities
- Advise on debt and equity capital markets transactions
- Work on financing transactions involving a broad range of asset classes
Qualifications
- 3-6 years of experience in corporate, finance, capital markets, banking, structured finance, securitization, or other transactional practices
- Experience gained at a law firm, in-house legal department, financial institution, or governmental agency
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent analytical, drafting, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong business judgment and client-service mindset
- Active bar membership in good standing

Compensation
Base Salary: $260,000 - $390,000
Compensation will be commensurate with experience, qualifications, and overall fit.
Locations: Multiple office locations available.
