About the Role:
Seeking a Mid-Level Associate Attorney to join the Charlotte office. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated transactions involving securitization and other structured finance products for top-tier financial institutions and corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on complex structured finance transactions, including asset-backed securities, collateralized loan obligations (CLOs), and other securitization structures.
- Draft and negotiate transaction documents, including offering memoranda, indentures, and purchase agreements.
- Conduct due diligence and provide guidance on regulatory and compliance matters.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to structure innovative financing solutions.
- Manage multiple deals with precision and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- 3-6 years of experience in structured finance, securitization, or related practice areas.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and time management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Must be admitted or eligible for admission to the North Carolina Bar.
