If you are a high-performing attorney with 15+ years of experience seeking a non-partnership track position. You bring strong judgment, autonomy, and a dedication to outstanding client service.
Required Experience & Attributes
- Located near Washington D.C. and/or Austin Texas
- Products Liability or Commercial Litigation experience (required)
- Proven ability to manage cases independently, including strategy, workflow, and deadlines
- Strong case management, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Exceptional written and oral communication
- Ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams
- Experienced in:
- Drafting briefs, correspondence, and written discovery responses
- Directing document collection, review, and production
- Causation analysis and/or failure analysis
- Managing multidistrict litigation (MDL) and/or coordinated state proceedings
- Active member of the bar in your state of residence (District of Columbia or Texas)
- Able to waive into, or already barred in, a state where the firm maintains an office
