Role & Responsibilities
The Senior Corporate Attorney will play a key role in leading matters, mentoring junior attorneys, and deepening client relationships. Experience in one or more of the following areas is welcome:
M&A, private equity, venture capital
Fund formation and investment management
Capital markets
Real estate transactions and joint ventures
Corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory advisory
Cross-border transactions
Complex commercial agreements
Responsibilities include:
Leading deal teams and managing all aspects of transactions
Serving as a primary client contact
Providing strategic guidance on corporate and regulatory matters
Overseeing drafting, negotiation, and execution of agreements
Mentoring and developing junior associates
Supporting business development initiatives
Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school
Admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
8+ years of corporate or transactional experience
Demonstrated ability to lead complex matters
Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills
