The UK Real Estate group comprises more than 100 lawyers, including a significant partner presence across London, Bristol, and Reading. The team works in cross‑office client groups and is known for its collaborative culture and strong client relationships. Bristol is home to a substantial cohort of senior lawyers who help lead some of the firm's largest mandates.
The Opportunity
You will work on a range of transactional investment matters, including:
- Acquisitions and disposals
- Financing transactions
- Asset management across diverse commercial asset classes
- Potential involvement in development projects

Candidate Profile
The firm is looking for a commercially minded real estate lawyer who is keen to develop as a well‑rounded practitioner. You should bring:
- Strong commercial property experience from a recognised City, national, or large regional firm
- Solid transactional investment and asset management experience
- An interest in working with major commercial clients across multiple sectors
- The ability to manage complex workstreams while contributing to wider client relationships
While the preference is for a Senior Associate or Associate Director, candidates with slightly more or less experience will also be considered.
