Location: Remote (must be located in California, Missouri, Connecticut, or Georgia)

Key responsibilities:
- As a full-time fully remote position, you will be in charge of EPLI cases exclusively.
- Prepare and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents necessary for litigation.
- Represent clients in court hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings as required.
Key requirements:
- 8+ years of employment litigation experience on the defense side.
- Insurance experience is a plus but not required.
- Relevant experience and education
- Licensed to practice law in state of resident
