- Manage complex litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, and other substantive legal documents
- Oversee written discovery and e-discovery strategy
- Take and defend depositions
- Argue dispositive and non-dispositive motions
- Participate substantially in mediations and trials
- Mentor junior attorneys and collaborate across litigation teams
- 5+ years of defense-side complex litigation experience
- Employment litigation experience is a plus, but not required
- Excellent written and oral advocacy skills
- Strong analytical ability and sound professional judgment
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and sophisticated matters
- Collaborative, client-focused approach
- Interest in business development and practice growth
- Active Massachusetts Bar admission required
