What You'll Do:
- Draft and respond to discovery and initial pleadings related to insurance defense litigation matters
- Draft, argue, and respond to motions in civil litigation cases
- Take and defend depositions
- Manage multiple cases and projects in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with team members and work independently
What We're Looking for:
- 6+ years of experience in litigation.
- Must be admitted to practice law in CA.
- Must reside in CA.
