Our client roster includes the nation's largest airport concessionaire, a leading digital media company, top wine and spirits suppliers, renowned hotel brands, private equity funds, and high-profile family offices.
🔍 What You'll Work On:
- Mid-market M&A transactions, joint ventures, and equity finance deals
- Exposure to debt finance documents (loan agreements, security agreements, etc.)
- Collaborating with deal teams of varying sizes and coordinating with specialists
- Drafting principal transaction documents, ancillary agreements, and corporate resolutions
- Delivering clear, commercially focused legal advice in both written and verbal form
