Complex Litigation Associate
A nationally recognized litigation firm is seeking a talented Complex Litigation Attorney to join their New Jersey office. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced litigator to handle high-stakes cases involving complex litigation. The firm offers a collaborative environment, exposure to prominent national clients, and the chance to take on significant litigation responsibilities.
Complex Litigation Responsibilities:
- Independently manage a diverse litigation caseload from inception through resolution.
- Conduct investigations, depositions, mediations, and court appearances.
- Collaborate with a team of attorneys and support staff on complex legal matters.
- Communicate effectively with clients and provide regular case updates.
- Prepare for participate in trial proceedings.
Complex Litigation Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
- Admission to New Jersey (or New York) Bar.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in litigation.
- First-chair experience is desirable but not required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Client-facing experience with legal project management skills are a plus.
