Commercial Associate General Counsel - Entertainment/Hospitality
A world-renowned, family-friendly entertainment and hospitality company is looking to hire an Associate General Counsel. This established legal team is looking for an expert in commercial agreements and transactions to join the team. If you commercial and corporate lawyer who is looking to join a dynamic, collaborative team, this role is for you.
Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiating commercial agreements including licensing, technology, NDAs, MSAs, vendor and supplier, customer, partnership, service, supply, and more
- Work cross functionally to support corporate, regulatory, compliance, and privacy teams
- Handle intellectual property matters
- Support Corporate Secretary with general corporate legal work
- Entity management of subsidiaries held under parent company
Requirements:
- JD from accredited law school
- 6+ years of legal
- Law firm and in-house preferred
- Ideally experience in hospitality/entertainment industry
- Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements
- Must be familiar with California and Florida laws
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively with different business units
- 5 days a week in Orlando, FL office
