JOB RESPONSIBILITY
In this role, you will support the company's Asia-Pacific import and export compliance operations, helping ensure adherence to global trade regulations and internal policies. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing day‑to‑day import and export compliance reviews for electronic components and related materials
  • Ensuring shipments meet international trade laws, including classification, documentation accuracy, and regulatory screening
  • Coordinating with logistics partners, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve compliance‑related queries
  • Monitoring regulatory updates across key jurisdictions to support continuous compliance improvement
  • Assisting with internal audits, compliance reporting, and process enhancements
  • Supporting the development and execution of trade compliance programs, standard operating procedures, and training initiatives


JOB REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in trade compliance and a good understanding of supply‑chain‑related regulatory controls. Requirements include:

  • 1-10 years of relevant experience in logistics, electronics, semiconductors, trading companies, sourcing firms, or manufacturing environments
  • Practical exposure to import/export workflows, compliance checks, or shipment documentation
  • Familiarity with commercial trade compliance topics such as export control classifications, denied‑party screening, product documentation verification, and cross‑border regulatory requirements
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and the ability to navigate fast‑moving supply chain operations
  • Effective communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners across international markets
