Restructuring Associate
This is an exclusive role with a top global law firm looking to bring on a Restructuring and Insolvency Associate.
This group sits at the intersection of private equity, asset management, and insolvency, advising on sophisticated, high-stakes matters across industries.
🔹 The Practice:
You'll work closely with a leading partner in the space on:
- Complex restructuring & reorganization matters
- Representing institutional creditors, bondholders, and strategic investors
- Advising on distressed asset acquisitions
- Supporting debtor-side representations (DIP situations)
- Cross-border and multi-jurisdictional restructurings
The team regularly works with top-tier clients including major private equity sponsors and asset managers (e.g., Apollo and similar platforms).
🔹 Ideal Background:
- Experience in corporate / restructuring / finance / special situations
- Exposure to bankruptcy or insolvency matters
- Open to candidates from peer or non-peer firms
- Candidates at or slightly below level encouraged to apply
- Judicial clerkship experience (Delaware or bankruptcy courts strongly preferred)
