A nationally recognized law firm is seeking a Consumer Financial Services Litigation Associate with 5-10 years of experience to join its growing practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to work with a top-tier team handling complex consumer finance and business litigation matters on a national scale.
What You'll Do
Manage cases independently from inception through resolution.
Handle court appearances, depositions, motions, and other litigation responsibilities.
Supervise and mentor junior legal professionals and support staff.
Represent financial institutions and other clients in consumer financial services disputes.
Advise clients on matters involving federal and state consumer protection laws.
Ideal Background
5-10 years of litigation experience, preferably in:
Consumer Financial Services Litigation
Commercial Litigation
Financial Institutions Defense
Experience defending claims under:
Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA)
Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA)
Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA)
Strong written and oral advocacy skills.
Excellent academic credentials.
Active bar license and good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
