Paralegal
A growing organization is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Paralegal to support its in-house legal team. This individual will provide administrative and legal operations support across a variety of functions, including executive scheduling, corporate governance, legal documentation, board and investor-related activities, and outside counsel management.
Responsibilities:
- Review, draft, and manage a variety of commercial agreements and legal documents.
- Support corporate governance activities, including maintenance of corporate records, resolutions, and entity documentation.
- Assist with due diligence efforts and document management related to acquisitions, divestitures, and other strategic transactions.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders and outside counsel on ongoing legal matters and special projects.
- Manage legal department records, filings, templates, and internal processes.
- Conduct legal and factual research and prepare summaries, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Track key deadlines, contract obligations, and legal projects.
- Provide administrative support to legal leadership, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Assist with board materials, meeting logistics, and other executive support responsibilities.
- Support a broad range of legal, compliance, and operational initiatives within a lean and fast-paced legal department.
Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of administrative, executive support, or paralegal experience.
- Experience supporting multiple attorneys, executives, or internal stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong calendaring, organization, and project coordination skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
