Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead litigation matters from inception through trial
  • Conduct depositions, manage motion practice, and handle courtroom proceedings
  • Prepare for trial and manage case strategy
  • Draft compelling legal documents and negotiate settlements
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver strategic legal solutions


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of construction litigation experience
  • Proven trial preparation and courtroom advocacy skills
  • Strong legal research, writing, and negotiation abilities
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to high-quality work
  • Experience with insurance defense is a plus
