A leading national labor & employment law firm is seeking an Employment Litigation Associate with 3-5 years of experience to join its Newark, New Jersey office. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to deepen their experience within a top-tier labor and employment practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle employment litigation matters, including discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and wage and hour cases
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Participate in mediations, depositions, hearings, and negotiations
- Collaborate with a highly experienced team focused exclusively on representing management in labor and employment matters
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of employment litigation experience required
- Labor law experience is a plus
- Strong academic credentials
- Must be admitted to practice in New Jersey and able to start immediately under NJ licensure
