Employment Special Counsel
Are you a seasoned employment litigation attorney seeking a more flexible work structure within a high-demand area of law? A highly respected client with an international presence is looking for an experienced Employment Litigation Attorney to join their elite team. This is a full-time, fully remote position dedicated exclusively to Employment Practices Liability Insurance (EPLI) matters.
What You'll Do
- Manage a full docket of EPLI litigation cases from intake through resolution.
- Draft and argue motions, conduct depositions, and represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings.
- Deliver strategic legal advice on complex employment law issues.
- Collaborate with a nationally recognized team serving high-profile clients across diverse industries.
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of employment litigation experience, with a strong emphasis on EPLI matters.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
- Active law license in your state of residence and in good standing.
