Corporate Paralegal

A well‑established and growing real estate investment management firm is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to support its in‑house legal function. This opportunity offers broad exposure to corporate governance and real estate transactions within a sophisticated investment platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide corporate governance support across a complex entity structure, including formation, maintenance, and dissolution of entities
- Draft and organize corporate documents such as resolutions, consents, operating agreements, and organizational charts
- Assist with real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and joint ventures
- Coordinate transaction closings, manage signature processes, and maintain deal trackers
- Support KYC/AML, compliance, and investor‑related legal documentation
- Liaise with external counsel, lenders, and internal investment teams
- Maintain legal records, entity management systems, and contract repositories
- Assist with regulatory filings and ongoing compliance requirements
- Provide general legal and administrative support to the legal department
Qualifications
- Paralegal certificate and/or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years of experience in a corporate, real estate, private equity, or investment management environment
- Strong understanding of corporate entities, governance, and transactional workflows
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, deal‑oriented environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with entity management or corporate governance platforms preferred
