Key Responsibilities
- Draft and respond to discovery and initial pleadings in employment litigation matters.
- Prepare, argue, and respond to motions in state and federal court.
- Take and defend depositions in wage and hour, discrimination, and other employment-related cases.
- Manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced litigation environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues across offices and practice groups.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of employment litigation experience.
- Strong background in wage and hour, class actions, and PAGA matters.
- Excellent writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills.
- Must be admitted to practice in California.
- Prior experience at a reputable law firm or employment boutique preferred.
