About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Review leases, REAs, and related documents; analyze use restrictions, exclusives, relocation rights, co‑tenancy, CAM provisions, and termination rights
- Conduct real estate due diligence and prepare written summaries, schedules, and exhibits
- Draft and assist with real estate transaction documents, amendments, agreements, and correspondence
- Coordinate title and survey matters, including ordering, review, issue resolution, and title policy issuance
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a real estate paralegal in a law firm or in‑house environment
- Strong experience with real estate transactions, due diligence, and title/survey matters
