Regulatory Compliance Lead (Marine)
My client is a leading and growing Marine/Energy firm and we are recruiting for a Lead Compliance professional to be based in the Singapore office.
Responsibilities for this Regulatory Compliance Lead (Marine) role
- Interpret contracts and regulatory requirements; integrate into project design and processes.
- Develop and execute Regulatory Compliance Plan and Matrix.
- Liaise with Class, authorities, consultants, and clients; manage exemptions and deviations.
- Track certification progress, maintain regulatory documentation, and ensure timely issuance of approvals.
- Conduct workshops, share lessons learned, and manage compliance manpower.
- Handover statutory certificates and permits to Operations.
Requirements for this Regulatory Compliance Lead (Marine) role
- Bachelor's degree in maritime, law, engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years FPSO regulatory compliance experience, including Class Rules and Flag requirements.
- Proven track record delivering at least FPSOs
- Strong English communication skills.
