Real Estate Associate - Elite Mid-Sized Law Firm
We are partnering with an elite mid-sized law firm based in New York City that is seeking to grow its nationally recognized Real Estate Practice through the addition of Mid-Level and Senior Associates.
This full-service law firm represents a diverse client base that includes Fortune 500 companies, institutional investors, private equity and investment funds, developers, family offices, and emerging growth businesses. The firm's Real Estate Practice has been recognized by Chambers USA and is widely regarded as one of New York's premier mid-sized real estate platforms. The practice regularly advises investors, developers, lenders, and owners on sophisticated acquisitions, financings, joint ventures, development projects, leasing matters, and other complex commercial real estate transactions.

Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in commercial real estate acquisitions, sales, joint venture agreements, financings, and other related transactions
- Assist clients with drafting and negotiating commercial lease agreements
- Conduct due diligence reviews and coordinate transaction closings
- Work directly with partners and clients on sophisticated real estate matters
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on complex transactions involving tax, corporate, and finance considerations
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of commercial real estate transactional experience from a reputable law firm
- Experience handling commercial leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, financings
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Admission to the New York Bar or eligibility for admission
